Join Us in Restoring Life on Earth
Position: Junior Fundraiser
Location: Remote / Flexible | Type: Part-time (with pathway to full-time)
ReLife Earth is an international non-profit based in Greece, dedicated to Restoring Life on Earth. Our initiatives—including UnZOOing, Roadfree, and Nature Restoration in the Nestos Delta Old-Growth Forest—exemplify our commitment to leave no stone unturned in our mission to mainstream Nature Restoration in human societies.
We are now looking for a Junior Fundraiser to grow with us and become part of our core team, as we strive for a paradigm shift in the relationship between humans and Nature.
This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their fundraising journey who is passionate about regeneration, climate, and systemic change. You will begin part-time, with the intention of growing into a full-time position as our work and funding partnerships expand.
A significant part of this role will focus on EU funding projects—supporting the preparation of competitive proposals and contributing to the design of innovative, nature-based initiatives across Europe and beyond.
– Supporting the identification of EU and international funding opportunities aligned with our mission
– Assisting in the development of funding proposals, particularly under EU programs (e.g. Horizon, LIFE, Interreg)
– Drafting and editing application content, work plans, and budgets in coordination with senior team members
– Conducting research on potential funders (public, private, and philanthropic)
– Supporting project reporting and donor communication
– Helping maintain our funding calendar and submission timelines
– Participating in regular team meetings and strategic planning sessions
– Has excellent writing and research skills
– Is familiar with EU funding instruments and interested in learning how to work with them
– Is proactive, detail-oriented, and self-organized
– Communicates clearly and works well independently and in a team
– Speaks and writes English fluently (Greek and/or French are a plus)
– Shares our deep commitment to environmental and societal regeneration
– Wants to grow into a long-term leadership role within the organization
– A mission-driven, collaborative, and inspiring working environment
– Hands-on experience and mentorship in EU and international fundraising
– Flexibility and trust-based working culture (remote and flexible hours)
– The chance to contribute to high-impact nature restoration initiatives across Europe
– A clear pathway toward a full-time position with growing responsibility
If you're excited to be part of a team working to restore Earth’s vital systems and reshape our collective future, we’d love to hear from you.
